Thanks for purchasing our products and or services on our website

1. If we are for any reason unable to provide the service we have contracted to perform you will be entitled to a full refund.

2. If you have purchased waste bags from us, they must be sealed in the same condition that you received them and undamaged in any way.

3. After we receive your returned bags, our team of professionals will inspect them and process your refund. The money will be refunded to you via the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

4. If the returned bags are damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund.

5. You can cancel any order for waste bags on any day prior to the date of delivery.

You need to call us. If our vehicle is already on the way to you on the date agreed with you then we may charge you £2 per mile which is the cost to us of the wasted journey.

6. We are sorry but once our waste bags are delivered to the address you have specified, you cannot cancel your order.
